Fin!

:D!!! we have finally finished....cant quite believe it but we have finished!! Overall i think all 3 of us are pleased with the film and are in agreement that the decision we made regarding re-filming and changing the narrative was a good idea.
anyways...here is our audience feedback...

Good Points

• "Titles flash onto the screen and the pan around the car"
• "Liked the quick shot of person in back of car and loved the title cards - fitted well"
• "Proper creepy music and really good use of props"
• "Good narrative"
• "Good titles, good when shots of paper and crossing off names and when the shots froze"
• "Very good soundtrack and the tracking shot at the opening"
• "Voice over was well good and also the storyline was good"
• "Good music - strings. Good narrative, was left wanting to watch more"
• "Good narrative ideas, loved the black and white shots"

So i think we have established from that that the voice over was not the best it could of been! But generally i feel like i agree with the vast majority of all of the points that have been made, especially the voice over, we all knew as a group that we would receive negative comments about this and it is on our 'what we would change/improve' list!

Ok so i've just finished uploading all the footage....and yay!! I'm happy with it :D I was rather nervous if im honest as i felt like death on the day of filming and i dont think Nixy and Zoey could really be bothered either! But it tunred out really well!! Cant wait to show Nixy and Zoey!

After scanning through, thought i would share a few mistakes and over filmed shots we made! (Only a few of many!!!)

It's not over yet!

Don't speak too soon Zoey as we still have a long way to go....filming was the easy part and now we have editing to go through!! Hopefully this time we wont face a load of footage that makes us want to scratch our eyes out with disappointment!!

Tears, blood, tears, sweat and MORE tears went into this film so lets hope that the luck stays with us all the way until we have finished!!

We Did It!! We Did It!! Oh Yeah Yeah Yeahhhhh....

Yay we finished!! Everything's filmed it's just editing we need to do.

And Nicola's dad's car is awesome!!

It's like transformers. It makes me happy.

We took all the pictures we needed in Bury yesterday that all went smoothly and we even managed to enlist the help of two fellow students who were convieniently in the right place at the right time.

So someone up there loves us.

I can't believe this coursework's almost over.

It will be missed.

Brace yourself......

*takes deep breath*........so......we have COMPLETELY changed our film

The narrative is different, the location is different, the title is different EVERYTHING is different


and the best thing about it....it is 10 times better!!!!!

As scared as we are,we are all mega excited about the film now.

Zoey is going to say something now...

So, This Saturday we're hopping off into Bury to get some photos taken, filming should be done next wednesday if everyone is free and then we will getting editing done... at some point.

It's joyous.

The diary has been scrapped completely, the film has more of a religious narrative now and is called 'The Sacrament'.

It's also now a lot more focused on Dan (the stalker) and it's all very, very exciting!!

Louise wants the computer again...

I cant concentrate as there are about 9 people in the room! but anyway....

We have all been really inspired by the narrative of Fight Club and the opening sequence to Se7en, we think David Fincher is a bit of a dude!

Will post more when we have all calmed down a bit as we are all slightly hyper and panicy about the film and the schedule and just generally about what the hell we are going to do!!!!

GUTTED that we aren't filming tomorrow but to be honest it is the wisest idea as we really need to just all sit down, discuss and plan exactly what we are going to do.........i don't really have anything useful to say i just wanted 3 posts in one day! go us!

Just For The Record...

I didn't kill anybody!!

So we're meeting up as planned on Wednesday to discuss a new narrative and shot ideas, though we won't be doing any actualy filming.

We've all (finally) come to the agreement that we could do much much better than we have and we have the time to do it.

So... wish us luck!!
